Antitremor.org wants you to have a good experience when you buy our ATD. That’s why we offer all our customers delivery to the door, and we deliver your products as soon as possible.

You can always return your order and get all your money back. Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery date. You will receive your money as soon as possible after we receive your return. You can expect to receive the refund within 30 days of returning the product. If this is not the case, you are more than welcome to contact us. 

Please note that you carry the risk of the products you have ordered when the delivery is complete. If the package is damaged when you receive it, do not receive the shipment. Contact us and we will help you get a new package – at no additional cost.

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, etc., you are responsible for inspecting your products for any errors when you receive them. In case of product failure, it is important that you notify us as soon as possible. In case of defective products or other errors with your order, you will have the option to return the product. Then we will refund you the purchase price as soon as we have handled your return.

Pack the product you want to return – preferably in the original packaging. Write your name and order number on the package.

• Arrange the return shipment via any postal courier within 14 days.
• Transport the parcel to your nearest postal courier and make sure you receive a receipt as proof that you have sent the parcel.
